If your order includes personalized items, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Shipping Address Changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible at Support@pommikox.com.

Delivery Assistance
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact Support@pommikox.com with your order number.
We’ll help investigate with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate solution.
